On our way home from visiting Grandma Pam's and Grandpa George's our whole family decided to go by See Canyon and get some fresh Apple cider and then go to Avila Beach. It was a beautiful day. Mom and Dad showed the kids where we used to hang out and we had a great time on the swings. So glad with all the changes they made they didn't take those out. Elle had her first real beach experience. She couldn't get enough of the sand.
Being a christian is like being a pumpkin. God lifts you up, takes you in, and washes all the dirt off of you. He opens you up, touches you deep inside and scoops out all of the yucky stuff -- including the seeds of doubt, hate, greed, etc. Then He carves you a bright new smiling face and puts His light inside of you to shine for all the world to see.

So cute! I LOVE Avila. We like to go to Sycamore Mineral Springs- when we can save up for a very special occasion, or get a good discount anyway! ;-)
